"Dussehra represent the victory of good over evil"
To keep the holiday spirit alive, NGF Junior School, Malviya Nagar had Dussehra festival celebration. Cultural Programme was organized in the school on the occasion of Dussehra – a symbol of good over evil, in which the students recited songs and verses of Ramayana.
The Epic was performed by pupils of pre-primary. To raise students understanding of the great Indian social ideals and rich mythical culture, the Ramayana narrative was presented in a series of scenes. Cultural dance was also held related to Durga Puja.
Students dressed up as Lord Ram, Sita , Laxman and Hanuman spoke about the significance of the festival. Students enjoyed the programme and learned about its significance.
