A seminar for teachers on the topic 'Motivation' was conducted by Dr Monica Bhardwaj on 1st July,2022 (Friday). The seminar aimed at understanding the idea of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and its uses. The speaker involved a few activities also along with discussion of ideas for a positive attitude and thinking. The importance of motivation was also discussed with real life experiences and its impact on students' life and learning. 

Overall it was an interactive, interesting and enjoyable session.
